Judah Clarke has been my trainer for 5 months. I am also a personal trainer and a Strength & Conditioning coach. I have been an athlete my entire life so working out is a way of life for me. Before I met Judah I trained to stay in shape, but I had gotten to a point where I could not drop anymore body fat and was not getting as much muscle definition as I wanted.
I started training with Judah in October 2011 and within the first month I was able to see a difference in my body and could see my body fat dropping. As a Strength & Conditioning coach I noticed in the first month that I was running faster, jumping higher, and my overall strength had increase significantly.
The body transformation I have seen in the last 5 months is incredible. Judah is very knowledgeable and has a unique way of training and finding foods that work well with your body type. My strength, speed, and endurance has vastly increased over the last 5 months and I have even started running which is something I personally do not enjoy but my endurance is so high that it is not as taxing as I remember it being.
My training goal with Judah was to compete in 2 natural figure competitions. I competed in my first show with the Organization for Competitive Bodybuilding placing 4th out of 13 in Figure debut class, 9th out of 13 in the Novice class, and 6th out of 14 in the Open class. My second show was with the International Natural Bodybuilding Federation where I placed 1st in the Novice class.
I cannot thank Judah enough for introducing me to the world of bodybuilding. I can honestly say I have fallen in love with figure competitions and am a stronger person mentally and physically because of him. I have also become a better Strength & Conditioning coach thanks to the knowledge and confidence I have gained training with Judah. He is an amazing trainer and I feel privileged to train with him.
