It is now October (three months from my first day training with Judah) and I have seen unbelievable results. I weigh 175 pounds with 5.8 percent body fat. I GAINED 12 pounds and DROPPED in body fat percentage. My BMI went up to 24.0 percent. I have never been in better shape in my life. I continue to train with Judah as much as possible. I am competing in my first bodybuilding competition in 2 weeks and Judah is currently preparing me to take home the gold. I have recently wrestled in tournaments and felt completely dominant during my matches. I feel like strength is my biggest advantage now. I strongly believe that I will never find a better trainer for me than Judah Clarke. He literally has changed my life and has opened new doors for me.
The body transformation I have seen in the last 5 months is incredible. Judah is very knowledgeable and has a unique way of training and finding foods that work well with your body type. My strength, speed, and endurance has vastly increased over the last 5 months and I have even started running which is something I personally do not enjoy but my endurance is so high that it is not as taxing as I remember it being.
I cannot thank Judah enough for introducing me to the world of bodybuilding. I can honestly say I have fallen in love with figure competitions and am a stronger person mentally and physically because of him. I have also become a better Strength & Conditioning coach thanks to the knowledge and confidence I have gained training with Judah. He is an amazing trainer and I feel privileged to train with him. Judah Clarke has been my personal trainer for a little over four months now, and in that time, my body has transformed dramatically. When I started training with Judah I weighed in at 145 pounds. Within the first month, I gained twelve pounds of muscle, and after three months of training, I weighed in at 160 pounds. Throughout the training program my appetite increased vastly. Judah's nutrition plan allowed me to stay on target and eat the foods that would help build my muscles up, decrease fatigue and minimize fat intake.
In July of 2012, I made a commitment to train with Judah for twelve weeks for my very first figure competition. I won’t lie, this was indeed one of the most challenging things I have ever done in my life. I loved and hated every minute of it, especially the very end. I pushed my body to the very edge and watched it change in ways I never thought possible. I became more than just fit--I was now considered an athlete!
Due to Judah’s constant nature, I was able to reach far beyond what I thought I could ever do. In twelve weeks I lost 23 pounds and won 3rd place in my first competition. With his guidance I gained the strength, knowledge and experience of a life time. I made a commitment to myself to be more than just happy in my little box but to step out and do much more. I wanted more than to win my first figure competition; I wanted to push myself into the experience. Without Judah, this would not have been possible. |
Meeting Judah Clarke and choosing him as my coach and trainer has proven to be one of the wisest decisions in my life. My goal, as a certified personal trainer myself, was to find someone with vast knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, who could motivate and propel me to a much higher level of fitness. After almost 20 years of consistent resistance training, running, cycling, hiking and healthful eating, I wanted a new challenge. I was determined to take my physique and subsequently my life, to a higher level. Judah has proven to be the missing piece in achieving my dreams. With his unmatched training experience and effective techniques, my body (and mind) has become incredibly powerful.
Going to the gym has always been a part of my life. From the football field to my job as an ironworker, my health has always been a key part of my life. I go to the gym every day after long hours of work to continue staying in good shape. As a result of my active lifestyle, I suffered many injuries including two bulging discs in my lower back which prevented me from reaching many of my goals.
One day Judah approached me and asked if I was ready for a new, extreme level of training. I immediately jumped at the opportunity because I always look for ways to challenge myself. Within 90 days I went from 192lbs to 158lbs and from 17% body fat to 6% -- ripped jacked! I went from not being able to dead lift because of my back to pulling over 400lbs and terrorizing the squat rack and any exercise put in front of me. I was able to do all of this, without any back pain, because of the deep technical knowledge Judah has about the human body and his strong focus on lifting with the proper form. When I began training with Judah for the June, 2010 INBF Hercules Championship show, Judah helped me reach a new level of competitive preparation. His focus, commitment and nutritional knowledge helped me persevere through the difficult diet phase.
Judah’s training, consistent encouragement and faith in me allowed me to win 2nd place Overall Figure Novice and 2nd place Bikini at the 2010 INBF Hercules Championship. Thanks to Judah I was interviewed by a company for “Promoting Real Women” in the fitness field and, additionally, a picture of my June 2010 competition was published in Natural Bodybuilding Magazine in January 2011. In Spring 2011 with Judah’s continued training and support, I won 3rd place Women’s Figure Short and 5th place Bikini Short in the NGA Heart of America Classic Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. |
