My name is Steven Sabella and I am a wrestler for Yorktown High School. I have always had some muscle tone, but I needed more than just tonnage to succeed and reach my peak performance out on the mat. My goal in the offseason was to put on as much muscle as I possibly could. I trained at the gym, but I never knew exactly how to work my muscle groups. I NEEDED that edge, but I just didn’t know how to get it. That’s when I met Judah Clarke.
I started off at a weight of 163 pounds with about 8 percent body fat and a BMI (body mass index) of about 21.0 percent. My first day training with Judah was the in the very beginning of July, and it was certainly a wakeup call. Judah pushed me to my limit and continues to do so. His positive attitude towards achieving success with your goals makes every set and every rep just that much easier. Judah gave me determination to be great, to be the best of the best and that’s what I strive for every day because of him.
Judah is one of the most educated men I know. His knowledge of health and fitness seems limitless and he has taught me so much. What I like most about Judah is that he isn’t just a “talker.” He won’t just say, “Do 100 push-ups and I’ll watch.” He puts in just as much work, if not more, than anyone I know. He wouldn’t tell me to do anything that he wouldn’t do himself. Judah is a leader by example and that pushes me towards success. To me, nothing is better than trying to out-work a 200 pound bodybuilder.
It is now October (three months from my first day training with Judah) and I have seen unbelievable results. I weigh 175 pounds with 5.8 percent body fat. I GAINED 12 pounds and DROPPED in body fat percentage. My BMI went up to 24.0 percent. I have never been in better shape in my life. I continue to train with Judah as much as possible. I am competing in my first bodybuilding competition in 2 weeks and Judah is currently preparing me to take home the gold. I have recently wrestled in tournaments and felt completely dominant during my matches. I feel like strength is my biggest advantage now. I strongly believe that I will never find a better trainer for me than Judah Clarke. He literally has changed my life and has opened new doors for me.
