Before meeting Judah, I was really struggling to make weight. I was coming down from 150 pounds and couldn't drop below 140 pounds for the life of me. That's when I met Judah Clarke. He gave me a nutritional plan that kept me fed and fueled. With Judah's meal plans and help, I felt energized throughout the fight and didn't tire like before. I felt great and really noticed a difference in my training. Judah really taught me how to eat right and I noticed this gave me the fuel I needed throughout the fight as well as my day to day training.

I completed my season with a record of 42-5 and won my first ever section championship. This qualified me for states, which was an experience I will never forget. I took 8th in New York State, not to mention with a broken nose in my third match out of five. I can honestly say I would never have accomplished any of this without having Judah in my life. Judah trained me on how to be tougher, stronger, faster, and more explosive. He’s one of the smartest people I know. I learn something new every day training with him. Being “Judah Trained” is one of the smartest moves I’ve made throughout my life.

I began working with Judah Clarke in the spring of 2010. Judah designed a personalized workout program for both inside and outside the gym. This program includes strength and conditioning drills, weight lifting and cardio all tailored to my competitive Taekwondo goals. His guidance helped me improve my endurance, explosiveness, and over all athletic ability. Not only did he help me improve my physical strength and condition, but he also helped me improve my eating and dieting habits leading up to major competitions. Judah created a meal plan that taught me how to eat healthy, lose weight in a timely and effective manner, all while keeping my muscle mass and energy. He showed me that I could lose weight for my competition division and stay happy and healthy during the process.

Judah helped the girls on our team get stronger and faster and he taught them the connection between food and their bodies. The girls looked forward to their workouts and those that worked out consistently with him were able to avoid injuries that had plagued them in the past. He also gave them the ability to work out on their own and provided team workouts we could use in our weight room during the season. We have made it to the finals all 3 years we have worked with him - he helped our girls develop endurance as well as strength.

With Judah I put on 6 pounds of pure muscle in a month. Hitting 130 was the goal for me and he gave me a diet plan to cut out the fat in my diet so I could still wrestle at the 120 pound weight class. I owe him a tremendous amount of credit for my All-Section performance this year. His training gave me more explosiveness and strength in both the fast and slow twitch muscle groups while giving me the stamina to outlast opponents.

Back at college, for the first time in two years as a collegiate athlete, I passed all my fitness tests. I felt better, looked better, and my performance on the field was drastically improved. No other workout regime had worked for me in my goal to lose weight. Judah not only helped me workout smarter and better, but he helped change my diet which made an immediate impact in my weight loss goal.

Parent of Lauren Hayes I watched Judah not only training clients, but educating them on the mechanics of the human body and nutrition, which I felt could benefit Lauren to take her athleticism to another level. At her first meeting, she could tell he was different from other personal trainers. He has a vast knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and nutrition. And more importantly how they all work together to determine and achieve maximum results. Judah customized a program for her that incorporated all these aspects with amazing results. She is now able to pass timed running tests at college that she previously could not and her greatly improved overall physical abilities are a direct result of Judah’s support and motivation.

This was me; my name is Connor Brown. I am a 16 year old student at Yorktown High School, and before I started working out with Judah, I was overweight at 176 pounds and very out of shape. My friends convinced me to join the wrestling team and when I met Judah my goal was just to drop 15 pounds and wrestle at the 160 pound weight class.
Now that wrestling is over, I continue to work out with Judah. My current goal is to get stronger and try to make the varsity wrestling team next year. I can already notice muscle cuts throughout my body and it is all because of Judah. When I work out with him, he is always pushing me to get just one more rep that I wouldn’t go for if I was working out on my own. Judah has helped me change my body and he can do it for you too. Parent Testimonial My son although good in his sports he lacked speed and quickness and had a little body fat. As a former bodybuilder, I met Judah Clarke and we go to know each other. As I came into his gym to work out, I would watch Judah train high school athletes and saw these kids were getting results.
