Getting yourself in peak condition takes more than going on a diet or exercising at home. No one understands this more than Judah who emphasizes the importance of technique, diet, and always pushing yourself. When I first came to Judah I thought I was strong and in good shape. I was a successful two sport athlete, but Judah made me push myself far beyond that. He taught me how to lift, how to eat right and take care of my body.
With Judah I put on 6 pounds of pure muscle in a month. Hitting 130 was the goal for me and he gave me a diet plan to cut out the fat in my diet so I could still wrestle at the 120 pound weight class. I owe him a tremendous amount of credit for my All-Section performance this year. His training gave me more explosiveness and strength in both the fast and slow twitch muscle groups while giving me the stamina to outlast opponents.
During the season, Judah gave me workouts to maintain muscle mass and strength without tiring out. This is imperative in many sports so one could finish the season on top of your game. Judah listens to you and works around your strengths while improving your weaknesses. If you have an injury, he will find a way to work around that injury and still help you improve.
Going to Judah has been an all around positive experience. I’ve learned how to take care of my body whole pushing myself to the limit. He has helped maximize my athleticism and helped me excel on both the wrestling mat and the lacrosse field. I look forward to attending Ithaca College in 2015 and continue my wrestling success.
