Manuel - 50 Years Young 22 Pound Loss & Muscle Development I would like to mention that a few years back I was in a motorcycle accident where I broke my right shoulder and the pain and discomfort was forever present. The moment I started Judah’s training program and meal plan, the shoulder discomfort started to dissipate and I was able to advance my training program. Judah’s program, technique, support and unbelievable knowledge of the body and how it works and heals itself is invaluable. There were many exercises I wouldn’t attempt for fear of getting hurt, however with Judah’s instruction and support I have done things I simply did not believe I could accomplish. All this took place within 7 months.
And by the way, I am 50 years young (50 is the new fit as Judah likes to say) and healthier and in the best shape I’ve ever been. Thank you, Sir! |
