Working the night shift for 5 years, not eating properly, not resting enough and not exercising on a regular basis caused my health to deteriorate quite rapidly. I went to see my doctor for a yearly physical examination which was 5 years due by the way. At the conclusion of the exam and after reviewing my blood work, my doctor told me that my blood levels were way off, particularly my CHOLESTEROL and that it is going to cause me to have a heart attack. Needless to say, it made me think about what I was doing to myself and that I needed to change immediately.
I started going to the gym and even made an attempt at eating “clean” (Judah insists on eating clean). Although I was improving both my health and physical state, I was not improving as much as I wanted to and didn’t know much about cardio, calisthenics or weight lifting and knew even less about good eating habits.
While working out one morning, Judah approached me and gave me instruction on how to properly exercise so that I would not injure myself. From that day forward, we started a training program that included a meal plan specific to my needs. My weight when I started going to the gym was 185 pounds. I am now approximately 163 pounds with complete muscle development.
I would like to mention that a few years back I was in a motorcycle accident where I broke my right shoulder and the pain and discomfort was forever present. The moment I started Judah’s training program and meal plan, the shoulder discomfort started to dissipate and I was able to advance my training program. Judah’s program, technique, support and unbelievable knowledge of the body and how it works and heals itself is invaluable. There were many exercises I wouldn’t attempt for fear of getting hurt, however with Judah’s instruction and support I have done things I simply did not believe I could accomplish. All this took place within 7 months.
And by the way, I am 50 years young (50 is the new fit as Judah likes to say) and healthier and in the best shape I’ve ever been. Thank you, Sir!
