Working out with Judah has not only resulted in my transformation of my body to the best shape in my life, but of my mind as well. With Judah’s training and nutritional counseling, I lost 60 pounds and I’m not stopping! His routines are challenging, exciting and unbelievably ADDICTING. Whether you train with Judah individually or as part of a group, Judah inspires each client to believe that their "best score" should be beaten each time - we are each our own opponent. Judah's group training promotes teamwork that is key for each member of the team to gain individual results.
Judah's practices show that "one-size-DOES NOT-fit-all." He's compassionate to the individual needs and level of training of each client, but don't be mistaken; his diverse and unpredictable routines are without mercy. I've never had the same routine twice and typically don't have the same routine as anyone else in my group. Good news - Judah doesn't "delegate from the sidelines", but rather he leads by example. He won't ask you to do anything he wouldn't do himself, and he will be right next to you to motivate you and push you to your limit.
Judah has a respect for traditional exercise methods, while incorporating an innovative and "out of the box" approach for optimal results and, of course, the "body shock" factor - the reason I lost 60 LBS (and counting). My weight loss has gotten rid of my snoring, allowing me to sleep through the night. I feel amazing all day, and for the first time in a long time, I have energy to do things with my children without stopping for a breath.
