I was 53 years old and working out for approximately two years on my own. I’ve been working out with weights since I was 16 years old, active in sports in high school and college. At 53 years old, I was overweight due to my work schedule. After receiving news from my doctor that my cholesterol and blood pressure were high, along with my worst weight of 226 pounds, it was time to get back into shape.
After two years of working out on my own, I saw no change. I was thinking of canceling my membership, but decided to speak to Judah (who I have just seen in the gym). I told him I wanted to get off of the cholesterol and blood pressure medication and lose weight. With confidence, Judah said he could help me ASAP if I followed his diet and intense training program. He said I would lose the weight, get stronger and my cholesterol and blood pressure would drop. I put my trust in Judah and gave one more try.
At age 55, I was working out harder than ever. Judah always told me to bring an extra shirt to the gym; boy am I glad I did. The workouts were intense and different all the time and I was being motivated constantly by Judah. After 9 months of working out with Judah and being guided by his knowledge, I lost 30 pounds. I went from only doing one pull-up to doing sets of 10 to 12 pull-ups. Best of all, I got a clean bill of health from the doctor and no more medicine.
I am continuing my training with Judah. I thank Judah for motivating me, taking the time to listen to my concerns and help me get to the place I am today. I am not stopping.
