Improved readiness for Division 1 lacrosse season!
Before working out with Judah I thought I was in good shape. I am a Division I lacrosse player and have been playing sports all my life. I’m 5’8” 20 year old female and I weighed 160 pounds before training with Judah. After just one training session I realized I was not in as good of shape as I thought. In the two weeks I trained with Judah before I had to go back to college I not only dropped 12 pounds but I saw a noticeable improvement in my muscle tone and overall appearance. Everyone who hadn’t seen me in a while noticed my new look right away.
Back at college, for the first time in two years as a collegiate athlete, I passed all my fitness tests. I felt better, looked better, and my performance on the field was drastically improved. No other workout regime had worked for me in my goal to lose weight.
