This was me; my name is Connor Brown. I am a 16 year old student at Yorktown High School, and before I started working out with Judah, I was overweight at 176 pounds and very out of shape. My friends convinced me to join the wrestling team and when I met Judah my goal was just to drop 15 pounds and wrestle at the 160 pound weight class.
I was surprised at how knowledgeable Judah is about the human body, and when it comes to working out I haven’t met anyone who knows as much as Judah does on the subject. After about 2 and a half weeks of following his diet and training with him every day, I had achieved my goal and lost the 15 pounds that I had wanted to. At this point I updated my goal and made it to get stronger so I could have a good first season of wrestling.
After Another 2 and a half weeks of training with Judah, I had lost 10 more pounds than I had originally wanted to and I am now currently 151 pounds. I wrestled at the weight class of 152 and finished with a record of 1-0 on varsity and a 4-4 record on JV which is not too bad for a first year wrestler. Now that wrestling is over, I continue to work out with Judah. My current goal is to get stronger and try to make the varsity wrestling team next year. I can already notice muscle cuts throughout my body and it is all because of Judah. When I work out with him, he is always pushing me to get just one more rep that I wouldn’t go for if I was working out on my own. Judah has helped me change my body and he can do it for you too. |
